Atl@s customs procedures completion in the cost-optimised ASP model
Since 1st July 2009 export declarations have had to be completed electronically using ATL@S. Standard format paper is therefore unable to be used and exporting companies must use an EDP-supported solution. Not everyone, who maybe has only sporadic deliveries to other countries, can or wants to make costly investments in and look after their own EDP systems. On the other hand there is the risk of losing a customer if one doesn’t implement customs procedures for customers, as a full-service provider.
Our solution
To meet with this customs requirement, e-integration provides you with a certified solution, which makes daily customs procedures easier.
- Opt for procedure outsourcing for export declarations.
- Choose between an automatic procedure via a data interface or an interactive system operation.
Advantages for you
- Recognised input surface: harmonised paper.
- Self-explanatory steps for filling in.
- No installation costs (automatic self-installation).
- Operates in the ASP model.
- 30 day free trial (immediate right of withdrawal).
Functionality
- Via an interface forwarded from your ERP system you provide the necessary data for an export declaration.
- Data is prepared in the e-integration clearing centre and validated prior to forwarding to customs. Missing and "incorrect" details are dealt with ease by the user in an online dialogue.
- The solution is set up in such a way that the export declaration is filled in directly on the screen. As an input surface the use recovers the trusted harmonised paper. Helpful information and tips are given during input.
- The system meets all technical and customs law requirements, including logbook and news archiving, over a period of 10 years.
