"Cross Border Invoicing" ensures the international invoicing
International, paper-based invoice distribution places challenges upon your business which are for the most part completely new. The reliability and costs of foreign postal services, transit times to the recipient and confirmation that the invoice has reached the recipient, are issues. This complex situation is topped off by a variety of legislations in international invoicing and payment procedures, which make it difficult for reliable and legally binding planning of international payment flows for you, in particular if you want to send invoices electronically.
Our solution
- We connect you via just one interface with our e-Invoicing portal.
- Send your invoice data in any data format to e-integration.
- Your invoices will be sent electronically and in accordance with legal requirements currently into 24 countries of the EU as well as the USA and Canada.
Advantages for you
- Cross Border Invoicing offers you an integrated solution for most countries in the world which have internationally recognised qualified electronic signature (QES), as per the Signature act.
- All payment data is in electronic format and can be further processed immediately in the relevant IT systems.
- Finance controlling has an overview.
- With the e-Invoicing portal your process costs are reduced to a fraction of your current costs.
- You receive all data in electronic format, without changes to your IT infrastructure.
- e-integration sees to complex technical and legal problems, including ongoing updating. You do not need to build up extensive expertise.
- e-integration has been operating cross border invoicing for many years and can set this up for you in just a few days.
Functionality
- Receipt of your invoice data via an electronic interface agreed with you.
- Conversion of invoice data to the desired format for the invoice recipient (e.g. EDIFACT. XML, PDF etc.).
- QES of the invoice data (per file, per invoice, imbedded or parallel, depending on the legal provisions of the individual country).
- Transfer of invoice data and QES to the invoice recipient.
- Archiving of data for you and if required for your business partners too.
